As I step back, distancing myself from the painted surface, I see it—a dynamic piece of art that mirrors my ceaseless thoughts, emotions, and words. Just as the Scarlet Macaw parrots flaunt their vivid plumage, my creation sings its own song.
Through this art creation, I leave a trace of my existence—a “samsara” captured on canvas. And as I look at it, I find myself calm. The chaos within settles, and I become an observer, ready to listen…and understand.
